We currently only offer store exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange. 

Product must be in new condition and in original packaging for eligibility of exchange.

If you receive a defective product, please contact [email protected] with your order number before use of product.
